About the Owner
Owner Jason Yoakam began his career as a mapping specialist in 2001 after receiving an associates degree from Lansing Community College. Several years later he took advantage of an opportunity to move into the appraisal side of assessment administration where he spent the last 17 years holding several positions in a municipal assessing office including assessor of record since 2016 shortly after receiving the State Tax Commission Certification of Michigan Master Assessing Officer (MMAO). All these experiences eventually led to contract assessing that began in the fall of 2021 and the creation of Quality Assessing Services.
